Settings Menu

The Settings option within the main menu provides users with access to core configuration areas of the radar system. When clicked, it reveals a dropdown menu with four essential categories:

  • Radars
    This section allows users to configure and manage radar-specific settings. Here, users can define radar parameters, add or remove radar units, and ensure each radar is properly recognized by the system.

  • Product Types
    This option is used to configure the types of radar data products generated and managed by the system. Users can view existing product types or define new ones based on operational requirements.

  • Units
    In this section, users can set and adjust measurement units used throughout the application. This includes options for distance, speed, and intensity, ensuring consistency across the interface.

  • Moments
    The Moments configuration area allows users to manage the radar moments being recorded and displayed. This includes settings related to reflectivity, velocity, spectrum width, and other moment-based data outputs.

Each of these options is essential for tailoring the radar software to the operational needs of the system and ensuring accurate data display and processing.
